These terms & conditions apply to all purchases of products listed on our website,weather made through our online checkout of by telephone.  It is important that you read these terms & conditions carefully.  By placing an order,you confirm that you have read,understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ORDERING FROM OUR WEBSITE 

Select the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Delivery costs are included for all items which are posted.  We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force for Mainland England,Scotland and Wales.

For all furniture items please contact us first to obtain a shipping price.  Via Instagram or by email @

We will require your full delivery address,postcode and a summery of your shopping cart in order to provide you with a quotation.

For all overseas Customers we can provide you with shipping companies who can provide you with a quotation.  

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE 

By placing an order,you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 Years of age

  • You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

PRODUCTS

Product Description: We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and prices are all accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary due to monitor display settings

  • Measurements are approximate 

  • Handmade,rustic,reclaimed or natural materials may include variations, imperfections,knots,grain differences or finish irregularities which are not defects but inherent characteristics of the product.  Please contact us first for further information if you require further clarification of a product.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure the condition and presentation of their purchase is satisfactory for their personal requirements.

PAYMENT 

Payment is accepted in Pounds Sterling by most major credit or debit cards as detailed on our website.

When you make a purchase,we need to collect certain information to fulfil your order.  We do not share information with any third parties for any purpose.

NEWSLETTERS

If you have been asked to be added to the mailing list for our newsletter,we will send you details of any new products.  You can request removal from my mailing list at any time by contacting us or hitting the unsubscribe button.

PAYMENT SECURITY 

All credit card payments made during line transactions are handled on our behalf by either Worldpay or paypals secure payment gateways and utilise secure encryption.  No credit card details are processed or stored at any time on The Rustique & Country Home Website.  Delivery can only be arranged once any balance has been paid in full.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.  We can not except responsibility for any lost or damaged gift cards and credit cannot be redeemed without the original voucher.  Gift cards purchased online will be transmitted to you by email for you to print off.

CONFIRMATION 

For website orders you will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.  Please check your junk and spam if this is not received within a few minutes of checking out.

DELIVERY TIMINGS FOR FURNITURE 

Delivery of furniture by courier is normally undertaken within approximately 10-14 days for the majority of England.

For Scotland,Wales & Northern Ireland please allow approximately 2-5 Weeks for Delivery.

Once a delivery date and location is set you would need to give us 72 hours notice of any variation to the date you have agreed to.  Should there be no one available at the given address on the date you agreed to and you have not given the courier 72 hours notice you would need to pay the delivery fee again.  

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Delivery will take place via door-to-door by courier.

This services undertaken by a one man delivery service

The delivery driver (s) are not able to remove your existing furniture.

Our couriers never deliver up any stairs or down any stairs or use service lifts to deliver to your property.

Please be prepared to help to move the item from the van to just inside your door only.

Some of our furniture is very heavy (20-120KG)and you will need to supply a very capable and very strong helper at the time of delivery.  If you require a 2 man delivery we can quote you for this beforehand.

REFUNDS

Return of Online Orders Only.

If goods are found damaged on receipt, please contact us immediately to arrange a return.

If goods are found damaged on receipt, please contact us immediately to arrange a return/credit note/replacement.

You can return products for any other reason within 14 days of receipt of the order providing the product is in its original packaging and condition but you will bear the

Cost of returning the goods suitably packaged and insured.  Please obtain proof of posting on returning your order.

You must inform us if you are returning your item within 14 days of receipt of goods.  Returns will only be excepted within 14 days of receipt of order.

Cost of product will be refunded within 14 days of the receipt of the return.

Discounted items are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

In the case where measurements are provided, we can not except returns if the customer has found the item does not fit.  Again,please be absolutely certain you have read the full description provided including measurements.
